Replace the following safety parts

Verify the installation of the power steering hose

Verify the installation of the reserve tank tubing

Verify the installation of the fuel hose

Verify the installation of the rubber parts inside power steering unit

Verify the installation of the brake hose

Verify the installation of the lift chain

Loosen the lift chain sufficiently

Apply engine oil to the lift chains using an oiler or brush

Move the mast up and down at least 10 times after applying engine oil

Apply grease to the following points

Apply grease with brush to inner and outer channels in areas which come in contact with end rollers

Apply grease on the mast rear slipper

Apply grease on the U-shape guides for masts with free lift mechanism

Check frame and cross members for damage or cracks

Check for loose rivets and bolts

Change engine oil (at initial 50 hrs)

Change engine oil filter (first time only)

Check fuel filter for clogging (Gas powered)

Inspect cooling system components

Overhead Guard and Load Backrest

Check for deformation, cracks or damage

Turn signal - Check for operation and installation

Turn signal - Check for damage or contamination

Alarm - Check for operation and installation

Back-up alarm - Check for operation and installation
