Change master cylinder and release cylinder fluid

Check clutch oil level in tank (trucks with optional oil clutch)

Torque Converter Type Transmission Maintenance

Change oil in torque converter type transmission

Change inline filter in torque converter type transmission

Check for the entrance of air into braking piping

Check for damage, leaks or interference

Check for loose connections or clamp

Check brake drum for loose installation

Loosen the lift chain sufficiently

Apply engine oil to the lift chains using an oiler or brush

Move the mast up and down at least 10 times after applying engine oil

Apply grease to the following points

Apply grease with brush to inner and outer channels in areas which come in contact with end rollers

Apply grease on the mast rear slipper

Apply grease on the U-shape guides for masts with free lift mechanism

Check crankcase air breather for contamination and clean if needed

Check carburetor for loose linkage and contamination

Ensure waste oil is disposed of by a specialist

Avoid changing engine oil immediately after shutdown due to high temperature

Start the engine and let it run at low rpm to warm it up when cold

Park the truck on a level surface

Engage the parking brake fully, shut off the engine, and remove the starter key
