Inspection of Cooling and Process Lines

Inspect the following for leaks

Were any leaks detected during inspection?

Was the Thermolator stopped for repair?

Describe the repair actions taken

Ensure all lines are secure and operational after inspection and repair.

Disconnect and lockout the main power

Open the electrical enclosure door

Turn the screw on the front panel counterclockwise to open

Locate the pump overload module attached to the pump motor starter

Disconnect the three power leads from the overload module to the pump motor

Note the placement of each lead and label as needed

Open the electrical enclosure door

Turn the screw on the front panel counterclockwise to open

Locate the fuses on the motherboard

Identify the fuses on the orange shield

Unit and Surrounding Area Cleaning

Clean the unit and surrounding area

Inspect air intake areas for obstructions

Are the air intake areas clear of obstructions?

Ensure the floor around the unit is dry

Shut off the cooling water infeed

Drain the unit of all water through the drain plugs in the rear of the unit

Remove the cooling water out feed

For closed and isolated circuit models, also remove the cooling water in feed

Disconnect and lock out main power

Remove the panels of the Thermolator

Remove the solenoid valve from the cooling water out line
