Remove the transfer switch barriers

Reinstall the barriers carefully

Brush away excessive dust accumulation

Vacuum away excessive dust accumulation

Remove moisture with a clean cloth

Is the enclosure free of dust and moisture?

Press and hold the door-mounted Transfer Test button until the engine starts and runs

Verify engine starts and runs within 15 seconds

Check if the transfer switch operates to the Emergency position

If Transfer To Emergency Delay is used, verify transfer occurs after a time delay (up to 5 minutes)

Press Bypass Time Delay button for immediate transfer, if necessary

Verify the Transfer Switch operates back to the Normal position after the Retransfer To Normal Delay (up to 30 minutes)

Press Bypass Time Delay button for immediate retransfer, if necessary

Ensure Unloaded Running (Engine Cooldown) Delay allows engine to run unloaded for 5 minutes
