Preparation
Shut down unit operations according to section 3.4 in the manual
Ensure proper lock-out procedures are followed
Confirm system pressure is eliminated and pressure gauges read '0'
Pressure Switch Removal
Drain unit by removing the pump casing drain plug
Remove the capillary connection from the cooling cylinder to the pressure switch
Remove the brass elbow mounted on the pressure switch
Disconnect the electrical connections to the pressure switch

Disengage process operations and relieve all system pressure
Disengage main power supply
Verify the Power light on the display is 'off'

Remove the lift-off access panel and set aside
Remove the necessary panels to gain access to the pump motor

Disengage main power supply
