Consult with the Advantage Service Department to determine if your unit can be converted. Have your Serial Number ready and call 317-887-0729.

Field Voltage Changeover Procedure
Disengage operations and verify all system pressure is relieved and the unit’s pressure gauges read '0'.
Disengage main power supply and verify the Power light on the display is 'off'.
Pressure Switch Maintenance
Preparation
Shut down unit operations according to section 3.4 in the manual
Ensure proper lock-out procedures are followed
Is the system pressure eliminated and the unit’s pressure gauges reading '0' pressure?
Pressure Switch Replacement
Drain unit by removing the pump casing drain plug
Remove the capillary connection from the cooling cylinder to the pressure switch
Remove the brass elbow mounted on the pressure switch
Remove the electrical connections to the pressure switch
Heater Contactor and Pump Motor Starter Inspection
Inspect heater contactor for wear or pitting
Inspect pump motor starter for wear or pitting
Check for overheating signs in components
Replace heater contactor if wear or pitting is found
Replace pump motor starter if wear or pitting is found
Verify all components are functioning correctly after inspection
Record any issues found during inspection

Disengage operations and ensure all system pressure is relieved
Verify the unit’s pressure gauges read '0'
Disengage main power supply
Verify the Power light on the display is 'off'
Access and Drainage
Remove the lift-off access panel and set aside
Drain machine by removing the pump casing drain plug
Heater Disconnection
Cooling Valve Maintenance
Preparation
Disengage process operations according to the procedure outlined in section 3.4.
Ensure coolant pressure gauge reads '0'.
Shut off water system flow.
Disengage main power supply following all lockout/tagout procedures.
Accessing the Solenoid Valve
Remove or open any access cover panel and set aside to gain access to the make-up solenoid valve.
Disassembling the Solenoid Valve
Remove the 4 retaining screws to disassemble the solenoid valve.
