Disengage process operations according to section 3.4

Ensure coolant pressure gauge reads '0'

Follow all lockout/tagout procedures

Remove or open any access cover panel and set aside

Gain access to the make-up solenoid valve

Inspect heater contactor for wear or pitting

Inspect pump motor starter for wear or pitting

Check for overheating signs in components

Replace heater contactor if wear or pitting is found

Replace pump motor starter if wear or pitting is found

Verify all components are functioning properly after inspection

Record any issues found during inspection

Consult with Advantage Service Department

Items Requiring Replacement or Rewiring

Identify items for replacement or rewiring

Field Voltage Changeover Procedure

Disengage operations and verify system pressure is relieved

Disengage main power supply and verify Power light is off

Is the sensor probe error indicated by three dashed lines on the display?

Shake out any water from the connection.

Did the yellow Alert icon disappear?

Stop process operations as described in section 3.4 of the manual.

Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Unbox the unit before accepting delivery

Document any evident damage on the delivery receipt

Did you refuse the shipment due to damage?

Take photographs of any suspected damage
