It's been excellent. Having techs do most of the work allows for more accurate and timely data entry. The mobile aspect allows instantaneous access to data, history, pics, files, etc.

The user interface is so easy. Works well on both the computer and cell phone app. Setup was really easy and the initiation team support was very helpful.

Every time I would ask "Can MaintainX do this?" it always can. When I asked about naming and adding categories, within a few days that option had been added. I was shocked! I'm so happy I found MaintainX!
