STEP 1:

Connect with your dedicated account representative to understand your existing workflows and objectives for integrating MaintainX and SAP. To get an idea of how others are utilizing this integration, see how Duracell saves $50k+ on parts inventory costs.

STEP 2:

To fully understand the scope of the integration, a MaintainX integration consultant will meet with your IT team and key stakeholders that you’d like to include. Example topics to explore are: Requirements, constraints, deliverables, cost, and timing. This information and the cost will be documented in a statement of work for your review.

STEP 3:

If you decide to move forward with this integration, your MaintainX integration consultant will configure the integration alongside your IT team and SAP administrators. This will be done in a sandbox environment that will not affect your daily operations or live instances of MaintainX or SAP.

STEP 4:

Test the integration with your team. Start developing internal training material to set your users up for success.

STEP 5:

The integration between MaintainX and SAP will go live, giving your teams real-time visibility into critical data in both systems.
