How it works

STEP 1:

Connect with your dedicated account representative to understand your existing workflows and objectives for integrating MaintainX and Oracle NetSuite.

STEP 2:

Identify members of your team that will be part of the integration process — such as members of your Operations, Finance, and IT teams.

STEP 3:

To configure this integration, MaintainX can connect you with Faye, a software solutions and optimization partner to manufacturers all over the world. Scoping meetings will occur with your IT team and key internal stakeholders to fully understand your requirements and considerations, such as constraints and timing. Faye will provide the cost and statement of work for your review. Your MaintainX account representative and our in-house integrations team will be on hand to help as needed throughout the project.

Alternatively, your IT/Developer resource or third-party integration service provider can reference MaintainX’s API documentation and build the Oracle NetSuite integration for you.

STEP 4:

If you decide to move forward with this integration, work with Faye to test and validate it with your team. Test the integration with your team. Start developing internal training material to set your users up for success.

STEP 5:

MaintainX and your ERP are now in sync. Keep track of your parts inventory across multiple sites, and save time by automating your purchase orders, approval, and fulfillment workflows.
