$100 Gift Card
Terms and conditions apply:
- You must complete both (1) an introductory call with a MaintainX representative, and (2) a demo of the MaintainX service within thirty (30) days after the date of this email.
- Promptly following completion of the call and demo, MaintainX will deliver to you a $100 gift card.
- Rewards may not be redeemed for cash.
- Only one (1) $100 gift card will apply with respect to any organization. If another individual associated with your organization previously registers for and completes the introductory call and demo, MaintainX will not have any obligation to provide you with an additional gift card.
To be eligible, you must:
- be a legal resident of the United States of America;
- be at least 18 years old; and
- not be a current MaintainX customer or employed by a current MaintainX customer.
Employees of MaintainX or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
We reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these terms and conditions and the methods through which rewards are earned.
Credit
Terms and conditions apply:
- You must complete both (1) an introductory call with a MaintainX representative, and (2) a demo of the MaintainX service within thirty (30) days after the date of this email.
- Following completion of the call and demo, MaintainX will issue to you a credit up to $500 applicable to invoice(s) issued by MaintainX. If your annual recurring subscription fees for the first contract year are greater than $5,000, the credit will be $500; if your annual recurring subscription fees for the first contract year are less than $5,000, the credit will be 10% of the annual recurring subscription fee. Credits apply only to the first annual subscription and are not transferable. Any credit must be applied (1) to the first invoice(s) issued by MaintainX with respect to your account, and (2) in its entirety to invoice(s) issued within three (3) months of the credit issuance. Any credit not timely applied will expire.
- Rewards may not be redeemed for cash.
