Check that the connections to power are properly secured

Check that the electrical cabinets are clean and dry

Check the impeller clearance and adjust if necessary

Drain all liquid from the stator housing, if any

Check the resistance of the leakage sensor (Normal value approximately 1500 ohms, alarm approximately 430 ohms)

Conduct insulation resistance check using a megger (maximum 1000 V)

Inspect the unit with special attention to the seals and the cable entry

Rotate the impeller/propeller to prevent the seals from sticking together

Estimate zinc anode replacement intervals

Measure the current anode consumption rate

Select the remaining fraction for calculation

Calculate the actual replacement interval based on measurements

Is the calculated replacement interval less than 1 year?

Adjust inspection and replacement schedule if necessary

Recommend intervals for periodical inspection and overhaul

Confirm inspection is within the first year of operation
