Perform these tasks during maintenance and before reassembly

Ensure existing index markings are in line during reassembly

Insulation-test the reassembled drive unit

Test-run the reassembled pump before normal operation

Perform a ground (earth) continuity test after service

Measure the current mass of the zinc anodes

Calculate the anode consumption rate

Select the remaining fraction for replacement
