Thrust Bearing Adjustment

Loosen the two set screws in the outer face of the bearing housing and rotate the bearing housing clockwise until it cannot be turned anymore.

Make a mark on the outside diameter of the bearing housing and a corresponding mark on the pump bracket.

Check mark

Make another mark on the pump bracket as per 'Table 4' on page 14 and rotate the bearing housing counter clockwise to align the marks.

Regrease the bearing housing until grease comes out of the shaft end lip seal
