Warning! Hazardous Service Procedures!

Acknowledge understanding of safety warnings

Disconnect all electrical power including remote disconnects

Discharge all energy storing devices such as capacitors

Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures

Is a qualified licensed electrician present for live electrical work?

Rotating Components Precautions

Disconnect all electric power, including remote disconnects

Disconnect all electrical power to the unit

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Remove loose debris from both sides of the coil using a soft brush

Install a block-off to prevent spray from going through the coil

Mix a high-quality coil cleaning detergent with water

Place the mixed solution in a sprayer

Spray the leaving air side of the coil first, then the entering air side

Thoroughly rinse both sides of the coil and the drain pan with cool, clean water

Disconnect all electric power, including remote disconnects before servicing.

Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures to ensure the power cannot be inadvertently energized.

Inspect fan motors for excessive vibration.

Inspect fan motors for excessive temperature.

Describe any unusual findings during the inspection.

Acknowledge understanding of safety precautions

Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Is the condensate draining as designed?

Is there evidence of standing water or condensate overflow?

Identify and remedy the cause of standing water or overflow

Disconnect all electric power, including remote disconnects

Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures

Fan Wheel Set Screws Inspection

Check the fan wheel set screws for proper adjustment

Refer to Table 44 for recommendations and note any adjustments made
