Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Was the oil filter removed using a filter wrench?

Caution: Be careful not to let dust or dirt into the circuit.

Was the new oil filter installed?

Note: Clean the surface of installation. Apply new hydraulic oil to the filter gasket. Rotate approximately 2/3 rotation after the oil filter’s gasket comes into contact with the filter head.

Was the warning lamp checked to make sure that it has not burnt out?

Sign off on the HST oil filter replacement

Fuel system injection timing measurement, correction, adjustment

Fuel filter element replacement

Reduction device oil replacement

Pre-heater glow plug heat coil brackage inspection, correction and replacement (as required)

Pre-heater intake heater inspection, correction and replacement (as required)

Warning: This cleaning procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Is the vehicle parked on a hard, dry surface?

Is the surface of the hydraulic cylinder piston rods dry?

Is the fuel tank drain plug loosened and water drained out of the fuel system?

Caution: When the cold season passes and the weather begins to warm up, bring the oil and fuel back up to standard specifications.

Sign off on the steer loader cleaning

Wheels loose hub bolts and hub nuts tightened

Hydraulic cylinder: cylinder installed portion tightened

Operator guard and side guard tightened

Vehicle moved to a level and safe place

Caution: Make sure the pins at both sides of the bucket bracket have been removed completely from the bucket.

Lift arm slightly lifted and bucket tilted forward
