Steer Loader Cleaning
Warning: This cleaning procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Is the vehicle parked on a hard, dry surface?
Is the surface of the hydraulic cylinder piston rods dry?
Is the fuel tank drain plug loosened and water drained out of the fuel system?
Caution: When the cold season passes and the weather begins to warm up, bring the oil and fuel back up to standard specifications.

Tires Replacement
1. Preparations:
Prepare tools and the jack, and securely block the wheels.
2. Front Wheel:
(1) Dump the load, move the vehicle to a level area, and lower the bucket until it touches the ground.
(2) Slightly loosen the hub nuts.
(3) Tilt the bucket forward, and with the tires off the ground, put blocks under the frame.
(4) Remove the hub nuts and the wheel.
(5) To re-install the wheel, reverse the removal procedure. Tighten the hub nuts evenly in the order shown in the illustration.
(6) After installing the wheel, check the tire pressure and adjust it if necessary.
500 Hourly / 3 Monthly Steer Loader Maintenance
- Coolant Replacement (excluding LLC)
- Hydraulic Oil replacement
- HST Pump and Motor charge pressure measurement, correction, adjustment
Reduction Device Unit inspection:
- Chain bushing engaged portion deformation
- Sprocket deformation, damage
- Hydraulic oil tank and strainer cleaning;
Initial 50 Hours HST Oil Filter Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Release the rear grille.
Was the rear grille released successfully?
Use a filter wrench to remove the oil filter.
Was the oil filter removed successfully?
Caution: Be careful not to let dust or dirt into the circuit.
Install the new oil filter.
Was the new oil filter installed successfully?
Note: Clean the surface of installation. Apply new hydraulic oil to the filter gasket. Rotate approximately 2/3 rotation after the oil filter’s gasket comes into contact with the filter head.

Start the engine
Each warning lamp goes off
Hour meter reading
Hour meter is operating normally
Sign off on the instrument inspection
