Vehicle Exterior Cleaning
Perform the following to protect the vehicle and maintain it in prime condition:
l Working from top to bottom, liberally apply water to the vehicle body, wheel wells and underside of the vehicle to remove any dirt and dust.
l Wash the vehicle body using a sponge or soft cloth, such as a chamois.
l For hard-to-remove marks, use car wash soap and rinse thoroughly with water.
l Wipe away any water.
l Wax the vehicle when the waterproof coating deteriorates.
If water does not bead on a clean surface, apply wax when the vehicle body is cool.
Automatic car washes
Fold the mirrors and remove the detachable pole antenna before washing the vehicle. Start washing from the front of the vehicle. Make sure to re-install the antenna and extend the mirrors before driving.

2 Weekly Tire Inflation Pressure Check
Warning: Incorrect tire inflation pressure may result in reduced fuel efficiency, reduced driving comfort and tire life, reduced safety, and damage to the drive train.
CAUTION: Keep your tires properly inflated. Otherwise, conditions such as excessive wear, uneven wear, poor handling, possibility of blowouts resulting from overheated tires, poor sealing of the tire bead, wheel deformation and/or tire separation, and a greater possibility of tire damage from road hazards may occur.
NOTICE: Be sure to put the tire valve caps back on. Without the valve caps, dirt or moisture could get into the valve and cause air leakage, which could result in an accident.
