Sign off on the bus downtime treatment

Warning: Only use approved parts for replacement

If the foam back pad is not damaged, no further action is required

Enter the part number of the replacement foam back pad

Select the supplier of the replacement part

Does the replacement part comply with Federal standards?

If the replacement part does not comply with Federal standards, do not proceed with the replacement

Upload a photo of the replaced foam back pad

Sign off on the foam back pad replacement

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Is white lithium-based grease in an aerosol can available?

If not available, use a common 10W30 or 10W40 motor oil.

Slide forward/back adjustment lubricated

Vertical motion pivots lubricated

Enter the current mileage of the vehicle

Enter the date of the last lubrication

Sign off on the seat moving parts lubrication

Warning: This inspection requires trained personnel!

Seat leg and wall side mounting bolts inspected

Was it necessary to tighten the bolts?

Sign off on the seat inspection

Warning: Avoid direct water spray onto air intakes, electrical components, enclosures or connectors.

Check if all components are rated Ingress Protection Level 65 (IP65) or higher

Are the exposed components protected from dust?

Are the exposed components protected against water projected from a nozzle?

Check if any component is directly exposed to water spray
