Ensure all materials are available

Pipette 200μl of the reagent into the wells of a Greiner 96-well plate according to the plate layout

Calculate the Uniformity (CV%) using the formula: Uniformity (CV%) = (SDOG * 100) / meanOG

Is the calculated Uniformity (CV%) within acceptable limits?

Quality Control of the NanoQuant Plate

Ensure all materials are available

Pipette 2 μl of the reagent onto all positions of the NanoQuant Plate

Start the NanoQuant application and perform average blanking procedure over all wells (16 positions)

Ensure the following materials are available

Prime the injector with distilled water

Weigh the empty plate and note the weight (mg)

Inject 20 μl into 20 wells of the Greiner 96-well plate

Weigh the plate immediately after injection and note the weight (mg)

Inspect the syringes(s) for leaks

Flush the whole system with distilled or deionized water after each use

Flush the whole system with distilled or deionized water when the syringe is not in use

Ensure syringes do not run dry for more than a few cycles

Wear protective gloves, protective glasses, and protective clothing

Empty the cell chip adapter and carefully remove the springs installed on the inside of the adapter lid

Carefully wipe all outside surfaces of the adapter and the springs with a lint-free paper towel soaked with 70% ethanol

Reinstall springs before using the adapter

Do not use the cell chip adapter without springs! Measurement errors may result.

Rinse the fully lowered syringes with 70% EtOH for 30 minutes

Pump all the fluid from the syringe and tubing into a waste container

Rinse the syringe/injector system with 70% EtOH

Rinse the syringe/injector system with distilled or deionized water and leave the fluid pathway filled for storage
