Pull the valve lever upwards to remove

Slide the discharge tube housing all the way up

Pull the discharge tube forward with gentle up and down motions

New Discharge Tube Installation

Hold the coupling piece of the new discharge tube and pull housing up

Push housing into the valve block until it meets the stop

Remove the recirculation tube and telescoping filling tube

Unscrew the filling valve using the mounting tool

Install the new filling valve by hand and tighten with the mounting tool

Check that all parts are securely in place

Test the dispenser for proper operation

Disassemble the discharge tube as per 'Replacing the discharge tube' instructions

Use the mounting tool to unscrew the discharge valve

Screw in the new discharge valve by hand

Tighten the discharge valve securely with the mounting tool

Are the threads no longer visible?

Ensure cleaning is necessary due to one of the following reasons

Wear protective clothing, eye protection, and appropriate hand protection

Screw the instrument onto an empty bottle and empty it completely by dispensing

Is the instrument equipped with a recirculation valve?

If yes, empty in both 'dispense' and 'recirculate' settings

Screw the instrument onto a bottle filled with a suitable cleaning agent

Calculate mean volume (result of weighing)

Adjust the instrument to the calculated mean volume

Further calibration to confirm appropriate adjustment

Open housing by sliding the latch to the left and removing the front

Pull out the safety lock and discard the adjustment cover

Pull the red knob to disengage the gears and set the display to actual delivered volume

Press in the red knob and then the safety lock again
