Check if any of the following conditions are met for fluid change

Record the current operating hours of the equipment

Enter the hours since last fluid sample was taken

Has it been 1000 hours since the last fluid sample?

Collect a fluid sample for analysis

Enter the address for sending the fluid sample

Fluid Filter Element Replacement (100-150HP/75-112KW)

Use only Sullair replacement elements with correct part numbers

Remove the old element and gasket using a strap wrench

Apply a light film of fluid to the new gasket

Hand-tighten new element until new gasket is seated in the gasket groove

Continue tightening element by hand an additional 1/2 to 3/4 turn

Re-start the compressor and check for leaks

Fluid Filter Replacement (200-250HP/150-187KW)

Verify the following before starting the adjustment

Ensure shut-off valve is closed or slightly cracked open

Observe the line pressure gauge reading

Did the pressure switch contacts open at the desired unload (maximum) pressure?

Turn the differential adjusting screw to the lower (reset) setting

Is the differential set to 10 psi (0.7 bar)?

Complete the pressure switch adjustment

Enter the pressure for spiral valve adjustment (should be 100 psi or 6.9 bar)

Enter the pressure for Sullicon adjustment (should be 108 psi or 7.4 bar)

Loosen the jam nut on the pressure regulator

Check the maintenance gauge for filter replacement indication

Record the total operating hours since last filter replacement

Has it been 1000 hours since the last filter replacement?

Has it been 6 months since the last filter replacement?

Was there a recent fluid change?

Replace the fluid filter if any condition is met

Document the filter replacement
