Replace the fluid filter element under any of the following conditions, or whichever occurs first

FLUID FILTER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT

Use a wrench to remove the filter canister

Remove and dispose of filter element properly

Note! Dispose of fluids in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations

Apply a light film of fluid to the element seal

Install the element into the filter canister

Fluid return/sight glass maintenance should be performed along with that of the fluid filter.

Fluid return/sight glass usually results from condition of the filter assembly.

Order filter assembly no. 02250117-782, and use the following instructions as a guide:

Disconnect the tube at bottom of sight glass.

Unscrew the sight glass assembly where the elbow fitting joins the strainer/filter.

Remove used filter assembly, and replace with the new assembly.

Inspect and clean the orifice inside the sight glass blocks. Remove the orifice with an allen wrench.

Coat/lubricate the O-rings with silicone grease.

Re-attach the connectors to the sight glass/ orifice blocks.

Air filter maintenance on air filter no. 02250140-798 should be performed when the SupervisorTM displays Air Filter Maint,

or once a year, whichever comes first. If the filter needs to be replaced, order replacement element no. 02250135 - 150.

Consult the following procedures to replace the air filter element.

1. Clean exterior of air filter housing.

2. Release the three retaining clamps and remove the end cap.

3. Remove element and clean interior of housing using a damp cloth.;

Warning: HIGH-PRESSURE HAZARD! DO NOT remove caps, plugs, and/or other components when compressor is running or pressurized. Stop compressor and relieve all internal pressure before doing so. Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.

Fluid level in the receiver tank

Frequent addition of fluid indicates the presence of a leak or a condition causing excessive fluid consumption.

Proper indications on the controller display after routine start

Compressor operation indications are normal after warm up

Sign off on the compressor routine maintenance

Replace the separator elements when shown by the SupervisorTM Controller indications, or after one year, whichever comes first.

The separator elements must be replaced. DO NOT attempt to clean and reinstall the separator elements.

The separator elements must be changed when indicated by the SupervisorTM Controller or once a year, whichever occurs first.

CAUTION! Relieve all pressure from the receiver tank and all compressor lines.

Disconnect all piping connected to the separator cover to allow removal (return lines, service lines, etc.)

Loosen and remove the twelve (12) 3⁄4” x 2-1/2” GR5 hex head capscrews from the cover plate.

Lift cover plate from the separator tank.
