1 Yearly Separator Replacement

SEPARATOR MAINTENANCE

Replace the separator elements when shown by the SupervisorTM Controller indications, or after one year, whichever comes first.

The separator elements must be replaced. DO NOT attempt to clean and reinstall the separator elements.

SEPARATOR ELEMENT REPLACEMENT

The separator elements must be changed when indicated by the SupervisorTM Controller or once a year, whichever occurs first.

CAUTION! Relieve all pressure from the receiver tank and all compressor lines.

Disconnect all piping connected to the separator cover to allow removal (return lines, service lines, etc.)

Check mark

Loosen and remove the twelve (12) 3⁄4” x 2-1/2” GR5 hex head capscrews from the cover plate.

Check mark

Lift cover plate from the separator tank.

2000 Hourly Fluid Filter Replacement

Replace the fluid filter element under any of the following conditions, or whichever occurs first

FLUID FILTER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT

Use a wrench to remove the filter canister

Remove and dispose of filter element properly

Note! Dispose of fluids in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations

Clean gasket seating surface

Apply a light film of fluid to the element seal

Install the element into the filter canister

Compressor Routine Maintenance

Warning: HIGH-PRESSURE HAZARD! DO NOT remove caps, plugs, and/or other components when compressor is running or pressurized. Stop compressor and relieve all internal pressure before doing so. Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.

Enter the fluid level in the receiver tank

Is the fluid level showing in the sight glass?

Check mark

If the fluid level is not showing in the sight glass, add the required amount of fluid up to the mid-point to bring it to its proper level.

Frequent addition of fluid indicates the presence of a leak or a condition causing excessive fluid consumption. Check for leaks.

After a routine start, observe the controller display for the proper indications for this phase of operation.

After the compressor has warmed up, check all compressor operation indications to ensure that it is running properly.
