Fluid Return / Sight Glass Maintenance

Warning: This maintenance should be performed along with that of the fluid filter.

Enter the filter assembly number used for replacement

Disconnect the tube at bottom of sight glass

Check mark

Unscrew the sight glass assembly where the elbow fitting joins the strainer/filter

Check mark

Remove used filter assembly, and replace with the new assembly

Check mark

Inspect and clean the orifice inside the sight glass blocks. Remove the orifice with an allen wrench

Check mark

Coat/lubricate the O-rings with silicone grease

Check mark

Re-attach the connectors to the sight glass/ orifice blocks

Check mark

Sign off on the fluid return/sight glass maintenance
