Protective grill removed from the adapter housing

Retaining screw located on the outer sleeve loosened

Coupling element exposed by sliding the sleeve to one side

Coupling element unwrapped from the coupling jaws

New element installed by wrapping it around the jaws, engaging the cogs on the element into the jaws

Outer sleeve reinstalled and secured by tightening the two screws to 45 in·lbs (5 Nm)

Warning: This procedure should be performed by trained personnel only.

Is the service air pressure approximately 1 psi over its rated pressure?

Enter the pressure gauge reading after adjusting the inlet valve regulator

Is the pressure gauge reading 100psi?

Sign off on the pressure regulator adjustment

Cleaned the return line strainer?

Replaced the fluid filter element?

Sign off on the 2000 hourly compressor maintenance

Strainer screen removed successfully?

Strainer screen cleaned successfully?

Is the strainer screen damaged?

If the strainer screen is damaged, replace the strainer assembly or order repair kit.

Sign off on the water condensate drain maintenance

Warning: This maintenance should be performed along with that of the fluid filter.

Enter the filter assembly number used for replacement

Disconnect the tube at bottom of sight glass

Unscrew the sight glass assembly where the elbow fitting joins the strainer/filter

Remove used filter assembly, and replace with the new assembly

Inspect and clean the orifice inside the sight glass blocks. Remove the orifice with an allen wrench

Coat/lubricate the O-rings with silicone grease

Re-attach the connectors to the sight glass/ orifice blocks

Sign off on the fluid return/sight glass maintenance
