Fluid level in the receiver tank is at the mid-point

Frequent addition of fluid required?

If frequent addition of fluid is required, it indicates the presence of a leak or a condition causing excessive fluid consumption.

Proper indications on the controller display after routine start

All compressor operation indications are normal after the compressor has warmed up

Sign off on the compressor routine maintenance

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Protective grill removed from the adapter housing

Retaining screw located on the outer sleeve loosened

Sleeve slid to one side, exposing the coupling element

Coupling element unwrapped from the coupling jaws

New element installed by wrapping it around the jaws, engaging the cogs on the element into the jaws

Outer sleeve reinstalled and secured by tightening the two screws to 45 in·lbs (5 Nm)

Warning: This procedure should be performed by trained personnel only.

Adjust the service valve to maintain service air pressure at approximately 1 psi over its rated pressure.

Turn the inlet valve regulator adjusting screw until 100psi is showing on the pressure gauge.

Is the adjusting screw locked in place with the locknut?

Sign off on the pressure regulator adjustment

Air filter maintenance on air filter no. 02250140-798 should be performed when the SupervisorTM displays Air Filter Maint,

or once a year, whichever comes first. If the filter needs to be replaced, order replacement element no. 02250135 - 150.

Consult the following procedures to replace the air filter element.

1. Clean exterior of air filter housing.

2. Release the three retaining clamps and remove the end cap.

3. Remove element and clean interior of housing using a damp cloth.;
