1 Yearly Separator Replacement

SEPARATOR MAINTENANCE

Replace the separator elements when shown by the SupervisorTM Controller indications, or after one year, whichever comes first.

The separator elements must be replaced. DO NOT attempt to clean and reinstall the separator elements.

SEPARATOR ELEMENT REPLACEMENT

The separator elements must be changed when indicated by the SupervisorTM Controller or once a year, whichever occurs first.

CAUTION! Relieve all pressure from the receiver tank and all compressor lines.

Disconnect all piping connected to the separator cover to allow removal (return lines, service lines, etc.)

Loosen and remove the twelve (12) 3⁄4” x 2-1/2” GR5 hex head capscrews from the cover plate.

Lift cover plate from the separator tank.

Pressure Regulator Adjustment

Adjust the service valve to maintain service air pressure at approximately 1 psi over its rated pressure.

Turn the inlet valve regulator adjusting screw until 100psi is showing on the pressure gauge.

Is the adjusting screw locked in place with the locknut?

Sign off on the pressure regulator adjustment

Initial 50 Hours Compressor Maintenance
