Enter the fluid level in the receiver tank

Is fluid level showing in the sight glass?

If fluid level is not showing in the sight glass, add the required amount of fluid up to the mid-point to bring it to its proper level.

Frequent addition of fluid indicates the presence of a leak or a condition causing excessive fluid consumption.

Check for leaks or conditions causing excessive fluid consumption

After a routine start, observe the controller display for the proper indications for this phase of operation.

Are the controller display indications proper?

Replace the separator elements when shown by the SupervisorTM Controller indications, or after one year, whichever comes first.

The separator elements must be replaced. DO NOT attempt to clean and reinstall the separator elements.

The separator elements must be changed when indicated by the SupervisorTM Controller or once a year, whichever occurs first.

CAUTION! Relieve all pressure from the receiver tank and all compressor lines.

Disconnect all piping connected to the separator cover to allow removal (return lines, service lines, etc.)

Loosen and remove the twelve (12) 3⁄4” x 2-1/2” GR5 hex head capscrews from the cover plate.

Lift cover plate from the separator tank.

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Adjust the service valve to maintain service air pressure at approximately 1 psi over its rated pressure.

Turn the inlet valve regulator adjusting screw until 100psi is showing on the pressure gauge.

Is the adjusting screw locked in place with the locknut?

Sign off on the pressure regulator adjustment

Warning: Ensure the compressor is turned off and cooled down before performing any maintenance tasks.

Sign off on the initial 50 hours compressor maintenance

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Protective grill removed from the adapter housing

Retaining screw located on the outer sleeve loosened

Coupling element unwrapped from the coupling jaws

New element installed by wrapping it around the jaws

Outer sleeve reinstalled and secured by tightening the two screws to 45 in·lbs (5 Nm)
