Replace the separator elements when shown by the SupervisorTM Controller indications, or after one year, whichever comes first.

The separator elements must be replaced. DO NOT attempt to clean and reinstall the separator elements.

The separator elements must be changed when indicated by the SupervisorTM Controller or once a year, whichever occurs first.

CAUTION! Relieve all pressure from the receiver tank and all compressor lines.

Disconnect all piping connected to the separator cover to allow removal (return lines, service lines, etc.)

Loosen and remove the twelve (12) 3⁄4” x 2-1/2” GR5 hex head capscrews from the cover plate.

Lift cover plate from the separator tank.

Air filter maintenance on air filter no. 02250140-798 should be performed when the SupervisorTM displays Air Filter Maint, or once a year, whichever comes first. If the filter needs to be replaced, order replacement element no. 02250135 - 150.

Clean exterior of air filter housing.

Release the three retaining clamps and remove the end cap.

Remove element and clean interior of housing using a damp cloth.

Sign off on the air filter replacement

Warning: Ensure the compressor is turned off and cooled down before performing any maintenance tasks.

Clean the return line strainer.

Sign off on the initial 50 hours compressor maintenance.

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Is the strainer screen damaged?

If the screen is damaged, the strainer assembly must be replaced (406480) or order repair kit (250031-271)

Sign off on the water condensate drain maintenance

Warning: This maintenance requires trained personnel with PPE!

Protective grill removed from the adapter housing?

Retaining screw located on the outer sleeve loosened?

Coupling element exposed by sliding the sleeve to one side?

Coupling element unwrapped from the coupling jaws?

Verify shaft hub cap measurement

New element installed by wrapping it around the jaws?

Outer sleeve reinstalled and secured by tightening the two screws?
