Put the controller into test mode by depressing Off for 3 seconds then Clean for 3 seconds

Is the Condenser Fan motor indicator light on at the end of the test cycle?

Is the liquid line valve open at the end of the test cycle?

Check the voltage to the liquid line valve coil at the end of the test

Is there full voltage at the liquid line lead connection?

Observe the Ready To Harvest light

Connect the metal part of the Ice Thickness sensor to the evaporator or touch its metal surface to the metal control box wall

Did the Ready for Harvest light turn ON?

Unplug the ice thickness sensor lead from the controller

Push and release the Harvest button to activate the Harvest Assist

Is the Hot Gas indicator light on?

Did the ejection pin extend when ice was thin or after ice release?

Is there full voltage at the solenoid harness connector after pushing the Harvest button?

Is there voltage from pin 5 to ground at the controller?

Ensure the unit is running or has been off for more than 4 minutes

Push and release the Harvest button to activate the Hot Gas Valve

Check indicator light for cleaning interval

Press the Clean button to start Manual Harvest

Did the machine drain the reservoir and refill it?

Did the controller blink A d 1 to indicate time to add scale remover?

Add nickel safe ice machine scale remover

Initial Testing with Indicator Lights

Shut unit off by holding the Off button for 3 seconds

Is the Purge Valve indicator light ON?

Voltage Check if Purge Valve Does Not Open

Shut the unit down by holding the Off button for 3 seconds

Unplug the harness connection from the purge valve
