Ohaus Explorer Balances EX10202

Warm up the balance for 60 minutes

Record the reading after placing a mass near maximum capacity on the center of the Pan

Verify the display returns to 0g ±1d after removing the mass

Repeat the test three times and ensure readings are within ±1d

Set AZT (Auto Zero Tracking) to off

Place the test weight in the center of the Weighing Pan

Record the reading at location A

Record the reading at location B

Record the reading at location C

Record the reading at location D

Ensure ESD protection is in place

Use a conductive mat with wrist straps

Remove the accessory module, if equipped

Attention: This process is only needed for 1, 2 and 3 decimal scales.

Place the load cell in front of you, as shown in the picture below.

Remove the screw on your left side without shifting the spider.

Remove the screw on the right side.

Remove both screws with shims completely from the load cell.

Store the screws and shims in a safe place.

Connect a functioning Power Adapter to the balance

Plug the Power Cord into a suitable power source

Verify that the balance start up sequence occurs properly
