Off-Center Load Test
Preparation
Set AZT (Auto Zero Tracking) to off
Place the test weight in the center of the Weighing Pan
Tare the balance
Weight Movement and Recording
Move the weight to location A and record the reading
Move the weight to location B and record the reading
Move the weight to location C and record the reading
Move the weight to location D and record the reading
Precision Test
Preparation
Warm up the balance for 60 minutes
Calibrate the balance
Precision Test Execution
Verify the display reads 0g
Enter the mass weight used for testing
Record the reading after placing the mass on the center of the Pan
Verify the display returns to 0g ±1d after removing the mass
Repeat the test three times and record each reading
Printed Circuit Board Assembly Replacement
ESD Protection
Ensure ESD protection is in place
Use a conductive mat with wrist straps
Terminal Module
Open the Terminal Module
Remove the accessory module, if equipped
Remove the Interconnect PCBA
Remove the speaker by removing the 2 screws and lifting it out
Remove the Main PCBA
Touch Panel Replacement
Preparation
Remove the Terminal Main PCBA and the LC Display
Remove the Function Label
Remove the Terminal top housing
Installation
Install a new Function Label
Replace the Terminal top housing
Calibration
Calibrate the Touch Panel
Operational Test
Connect a functioning Power Adapter to the balance
Plug the Power Cord into a suitable power source
Verify that the balance start up sequence occurs properly
Note any error codes
