AHC (D-SERIES) Filter Replacement Instructions

Remove the back cover held by phillip pan head screws

Remove the nuts on the 2 sides (top and bottom) of the vertical clamping

Remove all vertical clampings and u-plates

Carefully remove the supply filter

Replace new filter by reversing the above steps

AVC (D-SERIES) Filter Replacement Instructions

Remove the perspex cover held by screws M4 in front and thumb screws at the back

Remove the sensor box held by screws M4

Wipe the work surface, side walls, and inner back walls with appropriate disinfectant

Did you follow up with a 70% ethanol rinse?

Ensure no chlorine-based disinfectants were used

Ensure only hands entered the clean bench during cleaning

AHC (D-SERIES) Blower Replacement

Ensure the following are removed before proceeding

Disconnect electrical connections as necessary to free blower

Remove the nuts clamping the blower

Pull out and lift up the blower carefully

Replace new blower by reversing the above steps

AVC (D-SERIES) Blower Replacement

Ensure the following are removed before proceeding

Disconnect electrical connections as necessary to free blower

Ensure the clean bench is powered down

Disconnect the clean bench from the electrical supply

Remove the power clips at the ends of the bulbs

Remove the bulbs from the mounting clips

Replace the power clips on the ends of the new bulbs

Clean the front of the clean bench with a damp cloth

Clean the top of the clean bench with a damp cloth

Check all service fixtures for proper operation

Note any issues with service fixtures
