Open the balance and verify no mechanical interference, pinched wire, or bad solder connection

Turn the base on its side and remove the 3 screws holding the Load Cell to the Base

Check mark

Hold the load cell with one hand when unscrewing the last screw

Check mark

Turn the base back on its feet ensuring the load cell does not fall out

Check mark

Remove all cables connecting the load cell to the PCB and lift the load cell out from the housing

Re-Assembly

Reverse the disassembly procedure to assemble the balance
