Record Auto Zero Tracking Setting

Enter the User Menu and adjust display units

Test Procedure for Non-Approved Models

Ensure the terminal is powered off

Gather necessary tools and replacement parts

Remove the Terminal top housing

Open the balance and verify no mechanical interference, pinched wire, or bad solder connection

Remove the Load-cell Shield by lifting vertically (Note: Top Loader models do not have a Load-cell Shield)

Disconnect the two Load Cell connections at the Main PCB

Remove the Load Cell by unscrewing the 4 load cell screws from the bottom housing and lift the Load Cell Module from the Base

Reverse the disassembly procedure to assemble the balance

Ensure no foreign material between the Base mounting surfaces and the Load cell

Route the wires and cables properly for RFI/ESD performance, ensuring they are not pinched during reassembly

Ensure all necessary tools and parts are available

Review the sketch for assembly order and plate placement

Check the components of the bearing assembly

Ensure the curved surface of the disks face the ball bearings

Is the load bearing plate placed correctly with the curve facing inward and towards the front?

Warm up the balance for 60 minutes

Enter the mass weight used for testing

Record the reading after placing the mass on the center of the Pan

Verify the display returns to 0g ±1d after removing the mass

Repeat the test three times and record each reading
