Tare the balance to ensure the reading is 0g.

Mass Weighing Test

Check mark

Record the reading after placing a mass near the maximum capacity on the center of the Pan.

Remove the mass and check if the reading returns to 0g ±1 count.

Check mark

Repeat the test three times and ensure readings are within ±1 count of the recorded reading.

Remove the balance load cell metal cover

Locate and remove the cables connecting the Conventional MFR load cell to the balance main PCBA

Remove the screws securing the Conventional MFR Cell to the bottom housing

Inspect the removed load cell for any visible damage

Press O/T to tare the balance and return the displayed weight to 0g

Note the displayed values when moving the mass to the front, back, left, and right edges of the Pan
