Outdoor Unit TH7 Thermistor Replacement
Remove the service panel
Upload a photo of the removed service panel
Remove the top panel
Upload a photo of the removed top panel
Disconnect the connector TH7/6 (red) on the controller circuit board in the electrical parts box
Loosen the clamp for the lead wire in the rear of the electrical parts box
Upload a photo of the loosened clamp for the lead wire
Pull out the thermistor <Ambient> (TH7) from the sensor holder
Note: When replacing thermistor <Ambient> (TH7), replace it together with thermistor <2-phase pipe> (TH6), since they are combined together.
Outdoor Unit Refrigirant Charging
Cautions for service
Refrigerant recovered from the unit completely
Refrigerant not released in the air
Cycle charged with specified amount of refrigerant after service
Filter drier installed for new refrigerant
Additional refrigerant charge
Cylinder for R410A is a syphon type
Charging performed with the cylinder of syphon stood vertically

Outdoor Unit TH32 Thermistor Replacement
Remove the service panel
Disconnect the connectors TH32 (black) on the controller circuit board in the electrical parts box
Disconnect the lead wires from the wire clip on the outdoor controller board in the electrical parts box
Loosen the clamp for the lead wire in the electrical parts box
Pull out the thermistor <Suction> (TH32) from the sensor holder
Upload a photo of the replaced thermistor
Sign off on the thermistor replacement
