Has the red float reached the white line?

If the red float has reached the white line, follow the steps below:

Cup taken out and cleaned without breaking the element?

Park the machine on a flat surface, lower the implement and shut off engine.

Is the machine parked on a flat surface with the implement lowered and engine shut off?

To check the oil level, draw out the dipstick, wipe it clean, replace it, and draw it out again. Check to see that the oil level lies between the two notches.

Is the oil level between the two notches on the dipstick?

If the level is too low, add new oil to the prescribed level at the oil inlet.

Is the oil level at the prescribed level after adding new oil?

IMPORTANT! If oil level is low, do not run engine.

Is the oil level sufficient to run the engine?

CAUTION! To avoid personal injury: Be sure to stop the engine before checking the oil level.

Is the machine parked on a flat surface?

Is the engine oil checked before starting the engine or 5 minutes or more after the engine has stopped?

Is the oil level checked by drawing out the dipstick, wiping it clean, replacing it, and drawing it out again?

Does the oil level lie between the two notches?

If the level is too low, is new oil added to the prescribed level at the oil inlet?

IMPORTANT! When using an oil of different maker or viscosity from the previous one, remove all of the old oil. Never mix two different types of oil.

If oil level is low, is the engine not run?

Sign off on the daily engine oil level check

Warning: Incorrect front axle pivot pin adjustment can cause wheel vibration

Front axle pivot pin adjustment correct?

Adjusting screw screwed in until seated?

Adjusting screw tightened with an additional 1/6 turn?

Sign off on the front axle pivot adjustment
