Cabinet Disassembling
Remove the screw fixing the service panel
Pull down the service panel and remove it
Disconnect the power supply wire and indoor/outdoor connecting wire
Remove the screws fixing the top panel
Remove the top panel
Remove the screws fixing the cabinet
Remove the cabinet
Remove the screws fixing the back panel
Remove the back panel
Compressor Disassembling
Remove the cabinet and panels
Remove the inverter assembly
Remove the screws fixing the reactor
Remove the reactor
Remove the soundproof felt
Recover gas from the refrigerant circuit
NOTE: Recover gas from the pipes until the pressure gauge shows 0 kg/ (MPa)/PSIG.
Detach the brazed part of the suction and the discharge pipe connected with compressor
Remove the nuts fixing the compressor
Outdoor Heat Exchanger Temperature Thermistor Disassembling
Remove the cabinet and panels
Disconnect the lead wire to the reactor
Disconnect the following connector: Inverter P.C. board CN644 (Outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor)
Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor from its holder
Oudoor Fan Motor Disassembling
Remove the cabinet and panels
Disconnect the connectors: CN931, CN932 (Fan motor)
Remove the propeller fan nut
Remove the propeller fan
Remove the screws fixing the fan motor
Remove the fan motor
NOTE: The propeller fan nut is a reverse thread.
Inverter Assembly and Inverter P.C. Board Disassembling
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Cabinet and panels removed
Lead wire to the reactor disconnected
Disconnect the following connectors
Compressor connector (CN61) removed
Screws fixing the heat sink support and the separator removed
Fixing screws of the terminal block support and the back panel removed
Inverter assembly removed
Screw of the ground wire and screw of the terminal block support removed
