Mitsubishi Split-Type Air Conditioner PLA-A30BA4

Thermistors removed from the holders

4-pin white connector (CN44) disconnected

Upload a photo of the removed drain pan

Cut the hose band and remove the hose

Remove the drain pump assembly (3 screws and 2 hooks)

Remove the drain pump (3 screws)

Remove the float switch (2 screws)

Sign off on the drain pump and float switch replacement

Refrigerant recovered from the unit completely

Refrigerant not released in the air

Cycle charged with specified amount of refrigerant after service

Filter drier installed during service

Filter drier used is for new refrigerant

Cylinder for R410A is a syphon type

Charging performed with the cylinder of syphon stood vertically

Air intake grille and filter removed

2 screws from the electrical box cover removed

2 electrical box fixing screws and 2 hooks removed

Check all electrical parts in the box

Sign off on the electrical box replacement

Remove the air intake grille and the filter

Remove the 2 screws from the electrical box cover

Remove the electrical wiring service panel (3 screws)

Remove the drain pump wire cover (1 screw)

Remove the 4 screws and pull out the drain pan
