Warning: Only use the recommended coolant. Never mix different color coolants.

Type of coolant currently in the system

Is the coolant the correct type?

If the coolant is not the correct type, drain and flush the system.

Fill the system with the recommended coolant. Only use one brand/type.

CAUTION: Cross contamination will result in coolant additives depleting and radiator surfaces unprotected.

The radiator and engine cooling system must be drained and flushed periodically.

Dispose of fluids in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.

Maintenance after initial 50 hours of operation

Clean the return line orifice and strainer

Check Engine Operator's Manual for required service

Sign off on the initial 50 hours compressor maintenance

If not using Sullair AWF, replace the fluid filter element only.

Compressor shut off and system pressure relieved?

Suitable container positioned beneath the elements to catch fluid drainage?

Elements removed using a suitable tool?

Each element rotated counterclockwise to remove?

Clean the return line orifice and strainer

Repack the wheel bearings on wheel-mounted units

Sign off on the 1000 hourly compressor maintenance

Open the pressure relief valve at least weekly to make sure it is not blocked, closed, obstructed or otherwise disabled.

This equipment is supplied with an ASME designed pressure vessel protected by an ASME rated relief valve.

Lift the handle once a week to make sure the valve is functional. DO NOT lift the handle while machine is under pressure.

Sign off on the weekly compressor check
