Burner Cleaning and Replacement

Is the flame unsatisfactory at either high fire or low fire?

Turn off boiler and allow it to cool down before cleaning.

Turn off power to the boiler before starting any service operation

Ensure all safety warnings are read and understood

Check that all the parts are in place

Check air and vent termination screens for blockages or damage

Inspect condensate drain system for proper function and leaks

Verify air vents are clear and operational

Examine magnetic separator for debris and proper operation

Verify the boiler is inspected annually by a qualified service technician

Turn off power to the boiler before any service operation

Adjusting Set Point Temperatures

Access the Home Screen and press the DETAILS button

Use the set point slider or PLUS (+) and MINUS (-) buttons to adjust the set points

Press the Door Menu slider or the Setup button after adjusting the set point

Press the APPLY CHANGES button to complete programming of the controls

Ensure the boiler is turned off to prevent electrical shock.

Verify that the boiler is inspected annually by a qualified service technician.

Remove the ignition and flame sense electrodes from the boiler heat exchanger access cover.

Remove any deposits accumulated on the ignition/flame sense electrode using sandpaper.

Were the electrodes cleaned satisfactorily?

Replace electrodes if they cannot be cleaned satisfactorily.
