Inspect the condensate drain line, PVC fittings, and condensate trap.

Remove the bottom cap of the condensate trap and clean out any sediment.

Check if the ball is present in the condensate trap to act as a seal against flue gases.

Ensure the condensate trap is installed properly.

Follow the service and maintenance procedures in the manual and component literature.

Ensure the boiler is inspected annually by a qualified service technician.

Freeze Protection Fluid Testing

Follow the freeze protection fluid manufacturer's instructions.

Test the glycol concentration in the system.

Is the glycol concentration within the desired set points?

Adjust the glycol concentration as necessary and describe the adjustments made.

Ensure the boiler is inspected annually by a qualified service technician.
