Record the flame signal at high fire (should be at least 10 microamps).

Is the flame signal at least 10 microamps?

Troubleshooting Low Flame Signal

Clean the flame sense electrode.

Turn off power to the boiler before any service operation.

Ensure the relief valve discharge is piped to a safe area.

Inspect the relief valve and lift the lever to verify flow.

Is the discharge line connected to direct flow to a proper disposal area?

Did water flow when the valve lever was operated?

If no water flows, is the valve inoperative?

Ensure power to the boiler is turned off to prevent electrical shock.

Verify that the inspection is being conducted by a qualified service technician.

Remove the front access cover of the boiler.

Inspect the interior of the boiler for any visible damage or issues.

Vacuum any sediment from inside the boiler and components.

Remove any obstructions found inside the boiler.
