Ensure all service and maintenance procedures are followed as per the manual and component literature.

Verify that the boiler is inspected annually by a qualified service technician.

Turn off power to the boiler before any service operation, unless otherwise noted in the manual.

Adjusting Set Point Temperatures

Access the Home Screen and press the DETAILS button at the bottom of the screen.

Use the set point slider or the PLUS (+) and MINUS (-) buttons to adjust the set points.

Press the Door Menu slider (top left) or the Setup button once the desired setting is reached.

Press the APPLY CHANGES button at the top of the screen to complete programming of the controls.

Verify the preparation procedures have been completed

Verify the boiler and system are full of water and all system components are correctly set for operation

Verify electrical connections are correct and securely attached

Inspect vent piping and air piping for signs of deterioration from corrosion, physical damage, or sagging

Verify air piping and vent piping are intact and correctly installed per this manual

Follow the service and maintenance procedures in the manual and component literature.

Remove the ignition and flame sense electrodes from the boiler heat exchanger access cover.

Remove any deposits accumulated on the ignition/flame sense electrode using sandpaper.

Were the electrodes cleaned satisfactorily?

Replace electrodes if they cannot be cleaned satisfactorily.

Ensure power to the boiler is turned off

Verify that the boiler is cool before starting inspection

Inspect the interior of the boiler for any visible damage or wear

Vacuum any sediment from inside the boiler and components

Remove any obstructions from the boiler interior
