1000 Hourly Bulldozer Maintenance
Warning: Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn injury. Wait until they have cooled down before starting the work.
Warning: The undercover is a heavy part (22 kg (48.5 lb)). Do not open or close the cover just under it.
Remove cover (1) on the lower rear side of the machine.
Place the oil container to catch oil under drain plug (P) (with a slit).
Loosen drain valve (P1) (with a slit) and drain the oil.
After draining the oil, tighten drain plug (P).
Remove the undercover on the lower rear side of the machine.
Remove bolts (2) (2 pieces) on the front side of the machine.
While supporting the cover, gradually remove bolts (3) (2 pieces) on the rear side of the machine.
2000 Hourly Bulldozer Maintenance
Warning: Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn injury. Wait until they have cooled down before starting the work.
Warning: The undercover is a heavy part (22 kg (48.5 lb)). Do not open or close the cover just under it.
Warning: When removing drain plug (5) of the damper case, take care not to get oil over yourself.
Refill capacity: 1.7 l (0.45 U.S.Gal)
Undercover removed from the lower rear side of the machine?
Oil level plug (3) and oil filler plug (4) removed?
Drain plug (5) removed and oil drained?
Drain plug (5) installed after draining the oil?
New oil added until the oil level reaches the bottom edge of oil level plug (3)?
