Replace Food-grade Lubricant (Ultra FG)

Replace Separator element (if using Food-grade Lubricant)

Check the separator differential pressure via the controller

Changing Separator Element for R30-37

Stop the machine, electrically isolate and vent all trapped pressure

Loosen separator cartridges with the correct tool

Remove the cartridges from the housing; place in a sealed bag and dispose of safely

Clean the mating faces of the housing

Remove the new Ingersoll Rand replacement cartridges from protective package

Scavenge Screen/Orifice Removal

Scavenge line tubing disconnected from each end?

Exit end of the assembly removed without damage to the screen or sealing surfaces?

All parts cleaned and inspected prior to reinstallation?

Assembly installed with correct direction of flow?

Retaining cap checked for dirt and debris and wiped clean?

Replace No-loss condensate drain service module

Service Minimum pressure check valve (MPCV) service kit

The minimum pressure check valve (MPCV) shall be frequently tested and regularly maintained. Remove it from the compressor for testing. If operating conditions are particularly severe, the frequency of testing and maintenance shall be increased accordingly.

The user shall establish the frequency of such tests as it is influenced by such factors as the severity of the operating environment. For R30-37, the MPCV is installed as part of combination block.

The minimum pressure check valve (MPCV) should be tested and recalibrated in accordance with any national or local codes that may exist. If no code exists, Ingersoll Rand recommends that the valve is recalibrated at intervals of one year by a licensed contractor or qualified service personnel.

Clean Drains with all their components (TIMED DRAINS ONLY)

Service Inlet valve service kit

Sign off on the compressor maintenance

Ensure the compressor is electrically isolated for at least 15 minutes before commencing any maintenance work.

Remove the panels from the compressor.

Using a clean dry cloth, remove dust from the surface of the motor cowl and ensure all ventilation slots are free of obstructions.

Sign off on the motor cowl cleaning

Ensure compressor is electrically isolated for at least 15 minutes before commencing any maintenance work

Unclip the front grill of the starter box filter housing

Remove the filter element from the housing and replace with a new filter element

Sign off on the filter element replacement
