Is 'CHANGE INLET FILTER' flashing on the screen?

Loosen wing nut on top of inlet filter housing

Lift cover up and away to expose element/s

Warning: Read Safety Instructions, Use correct tools, Have recommended spares on hand.

Replace Food grade lubricant (ULTRA FG)

Inlet filter changed at prescribed intervals

Operating in extremely dirty environment

If operating in extremely dirty environment, change coolant, filters, and separator elements more frequently.

Sign off on the lubricant replacement

Have recommended spares on hand

Enter the 'Injected Temperature' from the CURRENT STATUS display screen

If the temperature is less than 120°F (49°C), continue to run the machine

When the temperature is greater than 120°F (49°C), observe 'Coolant Filter' on the screen

If 'CHANGE COOLANT FILTER' is displayed, the filter should be replaced

Sign off on the coolant filter check
