Before starting any maintenance, be certain the following is heeded.

Have recommended spares on hand.

Replace Food grade lubricant (ULTRA FG)

In very clean operating environments and where inlet filter is changed at the above prescribed intervals.

In extremely dirty environments change coolant, filters, and separator elements more frequently.

Sign off on the lubricant replacement

Safety Instructions: Read before starting any maintenance

Use correct tools and have recommended spares on hand

Old element loosened with suitable device

Sealing surface of filter wiped with clean, lint-free rag

Replacement element removed from protective package

Small amount of clean lubricant applied on the rubber seal of the replacement element

Element screwed on until the seal makes contact with the head of the filter assembly

Element tightened approximately one-half turn additional

Do you have the correct tools for the inspection?

Do you have the recommended spare parts on hand?

Inspect the starter contactors. Did they pass the inspection?

Have recommended spares on hand

Ensure the compressor is isolated from the compressed air system by closing the isolation valve and venting pressure from the drip leg

Ensure the main power disconnect switch is locked open and tagged

Have recommended spares on hand

Relubrication Interval - 60 Hz (or 9 months, whichever comes first)

1000 hours all TEFC drive motors

2000 hours all ODP drive motors and all fan motors
