Before starting any maintenance, be certain the following is heeded.

Have recommended spares on hand.

Inspect Discharge temperature (air)

Inspect Separator element differential

Inspect Air filter Delta P (at full load)

Sign off on the temperature sensor check

Have recommended spares on hand

Loosen the old element using a suitable device

Use drain pan to catch any leakage during removal

Wipe the sealing surface of the filter with a clean, lint-free rag

Remove the replacement element from its protective package

Apply a small amount of clean lubricant on the rubber seal and install the element

Use correct tools and have recommended spares on hand

Upload a photo of the old element before removal

Old element successfully removed?

Upload a photo of the sealing surface of the filter after cleaning

Replacement element removed from its protective package?

Upload a photo of the installed element

Unit started and checked for leaks?

Have recommended spares on hand

Relubrication Interval - 60 Hz (or 9 months, whichever comes first)

1000 hours all TEFC drive motors

2000 hours all ODP drive motors and all fan motors

Grease should be added when the motor is stopped and power disconnected
