Add lubricant until clean grease is seen purging from the bearing

Confirm that building supply voltage matches the voltage for which the unit is wired
Check all piping and wiring penetrations for water tightness
Rotate the fan wheel manually to ensure it is free to operate and remove any dirt or debris
Check the fan bearing setscrews for tightness
Check alignment of sheaves and V-belts
Inspect all fasteners to ensure none have loosened during shipment
